A multi-layer light diffusing light guide plate, a backlight unit comprising the same are provided to improve the brightness and uniformity of the brightness, and prevent wrinkle of a sheet on the light guide plate. A transparent base layer(210) consists of an optical transparent resin. A light diffusion layer(220) is placed on the transparent base layer, and diffuses light. A diffusion layer comprises 1~50 weight in which the average particle diameter is 10~50mum about the optical transparent resin(222) part. A light-diffusing agent(223) disperses to the optical transparent resin. A minute protrusion are formed on the surface of the diffusing layer.

PURPOSE: A light diffusion plate of a liquid crystal display device is provided to improve picture quality of a liquid crystal by forming relatively low color coordinates. CONSTITUTION: A light-diffusing agent is included within a transparent resin in order to diffuse the incident light into the transparent resin. A base material layer includes a wavelength transition compound of 1-50 ppm. The wavelength transition compound is used for transiting wavelengths of ultraviolet rays to wavelengths of visible rays. A light diffusion plate includes a base layer(10), a first coating layer(20), and a second coating layer(30). The first and second coating layers are laminated on one side or both sides of the base material layer.

PURPOSE: A diffusing plate with improved dimensional stability is provided to improve dimensional stability toward the heating of a thermoplastic resin by using talc and to support the function of diffusing particles. CONSTITUTION: Talcum is used as a filler. A diffusing plate is used to transform a line light source or a point light source of a back light unit for a liquid crystal device into a uniform surface light source. The diffusing plate is transparent, and includes a high strength thermoplastic resin.
