본 발명은 치수 안정성, 성형 가공성, 내충격성, 내후성, 기계적 물성이 뛰어나면서도 사출 성형 시 발생할 수 있는 플로우 마크, 웰드 라인을 방지함으로써 메탈 질감, 광택 특성 및 외관 특성을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A polylactic acid resin composition is provided to ensure excellent shock resistance, heat resistance, fire retardancy, scratch resistance, and gloss and to enable application to various products used as uncoating products. CONSTITUTION: A polylactic acid resin composition comprises (A) 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin, (B) 1-40 parts by weight of a retardant, and (C) 1-20 parts by weight of impact reinforcing material. The base resin includes 10-50 weight% polylactic acid resin, 10-80 weight% polycarbonate, and 10-60 weight% acrylic polymer resin containing a methylmethacrylate monomer.

PURPOSE: A polylactic acid/polycarbonate resin composition is provided to apply the composition for molded products including a vehicle, an electronic component, a machine spare part, and a communications device. CONSTITUTION: A polylactic acid/polycarbonate resin composition contain 100 parts of base resin by weight formed with 10~90wt% or polycarbonate resin and 10~90wt% of polylactic acid, 1~20 parts of modified acrylic resin by weight, and 1~20 parts of reinforcing agent by weight. The polylactic acid is selected from the group consisting of an L-isomer, a D-isomer, an L,D-isomer, and their combination.

PURPOSE: A natural fiber-reinforced polylactic acid resin composition is provided to secure the mechanical strength, the heat resistance, and the electro-conductivity of the composition, and to improve the surface gloss and color. CONSTITUTION: A natural fiber-reinforced polylactic acid resin composition contains the following: 100 parts of base resin by weight containing 50~95wt% of polylactic acid, and 5~50wt% of natural fiber; 0.01~10 parts of coupling agent by weight; and 0.05~10 parts of carbon nano tube by weight. The polylactic acid is selected from the group consisting of an L-isomer, a D-isomer, an L,D-isomer, or their combination. The average molecular weight of the polylactic acid is 80,000~300,000 grams per mol.

PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to have excellent colorability, impact resistance, and scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition includes a polycarbonate resin, a polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer, a modified acrylic copolymer, a transparent rubber-modified aromatic vinyl-based copolymer, and syndiotactic polystyrene. The weight-average molecular weight of the polycarbonate-polysiloxane copolymer is 10,000-30,000 g/mol. The modified acrylic copolymer includes a unit derived from an acrylate including an aliphatic ring or an aromatic hydrocarbon group and a methacrylate including the same.
