Abstract: An organic photoelectric device is provided to realize the low voltage operation of high efficiency and thin structure and to reduce production costs due to efficient energy delivery process and electron transport property. An organic photoelectric device comprises a substrate(110); a positive electrode(120) formed on the substrate; a hole-transport layer(130) formed on the positive electrode; a light-emitting layer(140) formed on the hole-transport layer; and a negative electrode(170) formed on the light-emitting layer. The light-emitting layer comprises a host and phosphorescence dopant. The difference of the reduction potential or the oxidation potential of a host and the difference of the reduction potential or the oxidation potential of a dopant are 0.5eV or less.
