Abstract: 본 발명은 우수한 유동특성을 가지면서 내열성과 내충격성 간의 물성균형 이 잘 이루어진 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 α-메틸 스티렌 유니트와 아크릴로니트릴 유니트를 주성분으로 하는 랜덤 공중합체 (A) 50 내지 90중량부와, 디엔고무-방향족 비닐-비닐시안화물 그래프트 공중합체 (B) 10 내지 50 중량부로 구성된 조성물 lO0 중량부에 폴리카프로락톤 수지 (C)가 0.3 내지 5 중량부 첨가된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 조성물은 자동차 내장부품 등과 같이 고온하에서 사용되는 제품으로서 적절히 사용될 수 있다.-

Abstract: The thermoplastic resin comprises the alpha-methyl styrene-acrylonitrile random copolymer(A), diene rubber-aromatic vinyl-vinyl acetate graft copolymer(B) and polycaprolactam resin(C). The copolymer(A) is obtained by polymerization of alpha-methyl styrene and acrylonitrile at 60 deg. C for 4 hours. The graft copolymer(B) is obtained by graft polymerization of the mixts. of styrene and acrylonitrile monomer in the presence of polybutadiene rubber polymer. The polycaprolactam(C) is added to the polymer(A) and (B) and the mixts. is extruded by the twin extruder to obtain the pellet. This thermoplastic resin pellet shows the excellent fluid characteristics and property balance of heat-resistance and impact-resistance. This well-balanced characteristic property is derived from the introduction of polycaprolactam resin having good fluid characteristics and compatibility with ABS resin.
