Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of phthalocyanine-based mixed crystals having improved dispersion stability and storing stability and excellent electrical features, and an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent electrical features and image features by employing the same. CONSTITUTION: The composition of phthalocyanine-based mixed crystals is characterized by consisting of one or two kinds of phthalocyanine derivatives represented by the formula(1), wherein at least one of X1, X2, X3 and X4 is 2,3-naphthalene ring and the rest are benzene ring; R1-R4 are individually hydrogen atom, halogen atom, nitro group, alkyl group or alkoxy group; M1 is hydrogen molecule or halogenated aluminum, oxygen atom, halogen atom or Ti, V, Ge, Ga, Sn, Si or In linked with hydroxy group, and one or two kinds of phthalocyanine compounds represented by the formula(2), wherein M2 is hydrogen molecule, Cu, Fe, Mg, Sn, Pb, Zn, Co, Ni, Mo or halogenated aluminum, oxygen atom, halogen atom or Ti, V, Ge, Ga, Sn, Si or In linked with hydroxy group; and R1-R4 are individually hydrogen atom, halogen atom, nitro group, alkyl group or alkoxy group.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A photo-conductor for an electronic photo is provided to reduce a generation rate of after-image and to achieve a stable electrostatic property in a case of output or copy of images. CONSTITUTION: The photo-conductor for an electronic photo comprises porphyrin compounds and organic electric charge generating materials. The organic electric charge generating materials are selected among azo, bisazo, indigo, perylene, and phthalocyanine. The phthalocyanine compounds include non-metal phthalocyanine, copper phthalocyanine, aluminium chloride phthalocyanine, titanyl phthalocyanine, vanadium oxide phthalocyanine, indium chloride phthalocyanine, hydroxy gallium phthalocyanine, tin oxide phthalocyanine, tin phthalocyanine, derivative thereof or combination of the non-metal phthalocyanine and metal phthalocyanine.
