Abstract: PURPOSE: A polarizing plate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a liquid crystal display are provided to improve contrast ratio of the liquid crystal display by reducing bowing. CONSTITUTION: A polarizing plate comprises a polarizer(100), a first protection film(102), a second protection film(106), a third protection film(104), and a release film(110). The first protection film and the second protection film are respectively laminated at one side and the other side of the polarizer. The third protection film can be laminated at the upper side of the first protection film. The release film can be laminated at the lower side of the second protection film by the medium of a bonding layer(108).
