Abstract: 본 발명은 난연성이 향상된 폴리카보네이트(이하 ″PC″로 칭함)/아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A thermoplastic resin composition is produced by adding 15-25 parts of a Br-based flame retardant, 5-9 parts of Sb2O3, 3-8 parts of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) to 100 parts by weight of HIPS resin. Even though used a Br-based flame retardant to maintain a low cost, the resin is NON-PBDE and maintains high-flame retardancy.

Abstract: An acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene/ethylene-polyvinyl chloride polymer (degree of polymerization = 430-550) composition having a weight ratio of ABS : ethylene -PVC resin of 30-60:40-70 was prepared. Thus, ABS resin and ethylene-PVC resin and PVC resin were mixed in the ratio of 50:50, and added 5 parts of tin maleate as an organic tin compound thermal stabilizer, 1 part of ethylene bis-stearamide as an outer lubricant and 1 part of calcium stearate as an inner lubricant. A corrosion condition was tested after heating at 250 degree C for 4 hr.

Abstract: HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) resin composition comprises: HIPS copolymer; 10-20 wt.pts. of chloride based retardant; 5-10 wt.pts. of antimony trioxide as flame retardant assistant to improve flame retardance and impact resistance; and 0.05-0.5 wt.pts. of silicone oil to improve impact resistance at low temperature. Pref. the chloride based flame retardant is paraffin chloride. In the process, heat-ageing at molding step is removed, and coloring and decreasing of physical strength is improved. Pref. the resin compsn. comprises sulfur oxidation agent, lubricating agent, and filler, anti-static agent, epoxy cpd., boron cpd., etc..
