PURPOSE: A continuously manufacturing method of rubber-modified polymer from conjugated diene is provided to reduce energy and CO2 because of not requiring solvent removal process as a stripping function using distillation or water, and not having bale formation through the stripping function by direct distillation of solvent or water. CONSTITUTION: A continuously manufacturing method of rubber-modified polymer comprises a step of manufacturing rubber solution by polymerizing a conjugated diene based-monomer in a first reactor under the presence of solvent; a step of removing solvent by contacting styrene-based monomer to the rubber solution; and a step of conducting polymerization by putting the styrene-based monomer into the rubber solution in a second reactor. The conjugated diene-based monomer is a butadiene, isoprene, or combinations thereof.

PURPOSE: A method for consecutively manufacturing rubber degeneration aromatic vinyl polymers from a conjugated diene is provided to variously control molecular weight or physical property according to required grade. CONSTITUTION: A method for consecutively manufacturing rubber degeneration aromatic vinyl polymers from a conjugated diene comprises the following steps: a step of manufacturing rubber solution(r) by polymerizing monomer including conjugation diene in a first reactor(10); a step of discharging the monomer solution used for polymerization of the rubber degeneration aromatic vinyl polymer with the rubber solution when transferring the rubber solution to a second reactor(20) which the rubber degeneration aromatic vinyl polymer is polymerized; and a step of polymerizing a mixing solution of the rubber solution and the monomer solution in the second reactor.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyamide resin is provided to ensure excellent melt-processability and heat resistance by polycondensing an ether group-containing aliphatic diamine monomer and a dicarboxylic acid monomer. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide resin is prepared by polycondensing (A) an ether group-containing aliphatic diamine monomer and (B) a dicarboxylic acid monomer. The component caused by the ether group-containing aliphatic diamine monomer is 0.5~100 mol% in the total diamine components. A linear and branched aliphatic diamine monomer is further included.

본 발명의 공액 디엔으로부터 열가소성 수지를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법은 공액 디엔계 모노머와 방향족 비닐계 모노머를 제1 용매존재하에서 제1 반응기에서 1차 중합 후 수산화기 함유 중합금지제와 극성 탄화수소를 투입하여 고무용액을 제조하고; 상기 고무 용액에 방향족 비닐계 모노머 및 이와 공중합 가능한 단량체를 투입하여 제2 용매 존재하에서 제2 반응기에서 2차 중합하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 제1용매와 제2용매는 동일한 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 방법은 용매 제거를 위하여 스팀과 물을 이용한 탈거(stripping) 공정 및 수세, 응집 공정이 없기 때문에 에너지 및 CO 2 가 절감되어 친환경적이며, 이로부터 제조된 열가소성 수지는 칼라특성이 우수하며 저광택성을 갖는다.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have low gloss, excellent impact strength and thermal resistance, and excellent color, and to have a soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises a thermoplastic resin with a 60° glossiness of 10-40; an aromatic vinyl-based graft copolymer resin; an aromatic vinyl-based copolymer resin; and a copolymer containing one or more monomers selected from a maleic anhydride, an N-substituted maleimide, and an alpha-alkyl-substituted aromatic vinyl-based compound. The thermoplastic resin is a copolymer of a conjugated diene rubber compound, an aromatic rubber copolymerized compound, an aromatic vinyl-based compound, an unsaturated nitrile-based compound, and a polyfunctional vinyl-based compound.

PURPOSE: A continuous process for preparing a thermoplastic resin from a conjugated diene is provided to reduce energy and CO2 by omitting a veil-forming process after demolding, washing, and coagulation processes. CONSTITUTION: A continuous process for preparing a thermoplastic resin from a conjugated diene comprises a step of manufacturing a rubber solution by primarily polymerizing a conjugated diene-based monomer and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer in a first reactor (10), under the presence of an organic metal-based catalyst and a first solvent, to manufacture a rubber solution; and a step of putting an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a copolymerizable monomer therewith into the rubber solution and conducting a second polymerization in a second reactor (20), under the presence of a second solvent. The first solvent and the second solvent are the same. The amount of the organic metal-based catalyst is 0.005-1.0 wt%.

본 발명의 공액 디엔으로부터 고무변성 방향족 비닐중합체를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법은 공액 디엔을 포함하는 모노머를 제1 반응기에서 벌크 중합으로 중합하여 고무용액(r)을 제조하고; 상기 고무 용액을 고무변성 방향족 비닐중합체가 중합되는 제2 반응기로 이송시 고무변성 방향족 비닐중합체의 중합에 사용되는 단량체 용액(m)을 투입하여 함께 흘려 보내고; 그리고 상기 고무 용액(r)과 단량체 용액(m)이 혼합된 혼합용액(rm)을 제2 반응기에서 중합하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다. 상기 방법은 용매의 직접 증류나 물에 의한 탈거 작용을 통한 베일형성 과정이 없기 때문에 에너지 및 CO 2 가 절감되어 친환경적이다.

CONSTITUTION: A continuous manufacturing method of a thermoplastic resin comprises: a step of manufacturing rubber solution by a first polymerization in a first reactor(10) under the presence of an aromatic vinyl based monomer, and a conjugated diene-based monomer; a step of removing solvent by contacting the aromatic vinyl based monomer to the rubber solution; and a step of a second polymerization in a second reactor(20) by injecting an aromatic vinyl based monomer into a rubber solution in which the solvent is removed, and a monomer polymerizable with the aromatic vinyl based monomer.
