    Abstract: PURPOSE: A long glass fiber-reinforced resin composite is provided to have excellent mechanical properties comprising impact strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, and flexural elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A long glass fiber-reinforced resin composite comprises thermoplastic matrix resin, and long glass fiber. The long glass fiber comprises 90 weight% of long glass fiber with the length of 5-20 mm, based on total weight of the long glass fiber impregnated into the thermoplastic matrix resin. A manufacturing method of a resin composite comprises: a step of manufacturing a long fiber thermoplastic master batch composition by impregnating continuous long glass fiber into a low viscosity thermoplastic resin through pultrusion process; and a step of compounding the long fiber thermoplastic master batch composition with high viscosity thermoplastic resin.
