A first ultra violet stabilizer (UV stabilizer) (150) is included in a core (160) of the first particle. Impact reinforcing materials are included in a shell (140) of the first particle. A second UV stabilizer (151) is included in a core (161) of the second particle. Impact reinforcing materials are included in a shell (141) of the second particle. The skin layer includes the first UV stabilizer and the second UV stabilizer.
