Abstract: PURPOSE: A graphene transfer method is provided to transfer a graphene layer which has a large area to various substrates of electronic devices in a quick and environment-friendly way by using an easy process. CONSTITUTION: A graphene transfer method comprises the following steps. A metal substrate-graphene layer is formed by depositing graphene (2) on one side of a metal substrate (1). A laminate in which one side of a target substrate (3) is faced with the graphene is formed by laminating the target substrate on the metal substrate-graphene layer. The metal substrate is removed by passing the laminate through an electrolytic bath, and the graphene is transferred to one side of the target substrate. The electrolytic bath comprises a solution and an electrode which includes a plus pole and a minus pole.
