Abstract: 본 발명은 DRM(Digital Rights Management) 시스템에서 디지털 콘텐츠의 다단계 판매 시스템 및 방법에 대한 것으로서, 저작자 단말, 콘텐츠 서버와, 상기 패키징 과정에서 사용된 암호화키와 콘텐츠를 이용하기 위한 사용 권한(RO)을 저장하는 권한정보DB와 사용자 단말에 판매가 일어나는 경우 사용권한을 전달하는 권한발급부를 가지는 권한서버를 포함하는 콘텐츠 공급자 단말, 상기 콘텐츠 공급자 단말의 콘텐츠 서버에서 사용자 단말로 암호화된 콘텐츠를 전달하는 콘텐츠 배포, 상기 콘텐츠에 대한 사용권한을 부여받는 경우 상기 콘텐츠 배포부로부터 암호화된 콘텐츠를 전달받는 사용자 단말, 상기 사용자 단말을 위한 사용 권한을 상기 권한 서버의 권한 발급부와 연동하여 소정의 프로토콜을 통하여 전달받고 사용자 단말로 전달하는 ROAP부를 포함하는 중개자 단말, 및 상기 중개자 단말과 상기 사용자 단말 사이에서 상기 사용권한의 전달에 대한 과금처리를 수행하는 결재 시스템을 포함하며, 콘텐츠 제공자 입장에서는 원할한 콘텐츠 유통이 가능하게 되고 사용자 입장에서는 콘텐츠 유통에 따른 이익을 분배하는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A system and a method for transmitting an additional service through a DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) network are provided to transmit information supply files for the additional service in a lump through the broadcasting network. A service supply server(100) includes an information supply service server(120) and an additional service server(140). A broadcasting network server(200) includes a DMB image server(210) for transmitting DMB image signals and an additional data server(220) for transmitting additional data and transmitting data files for information supply services and additional services. A mobile terminal(300), which includes a DMB receiving unit(310), a scheduler(320), a memory(340), a mobile platform UI(User Interface)(350), and a wireless communication module(360), accesses the additional service server of the service supply server to use additional services according to connection information generated by storing and activating DMB images and data files from the broadcasting network server.

Abstract: A multilevel merchandising system of digital contents on DRM system and a method thereof are provided to allow a user to use a part of the process which issues a right object according to the content distribution, thereby supporting the multilevel merchandising of digital contents on the digital rights management(DRM) system, which supports smooth distribution of contents and multilevel merchandising. A multilevel merchandising system of digital contents on DRM system includes the following parts: an author terminal(100) which stores original contents in a content storage DB(101); a content provider terminal(200) including a content server(210) for receiving the original contents from the author terminal, packaging the original contents into encrypted contents in a packaging part(201) and registering the encrypted contents as a DRM content format(DCF) in a DCF processing part(202), and an authorization server(250) which has the authorization information DB(251) storing an right object to use the used encryption key and contents in the packaging process and a right issuer(252) which delivers the right object when selling occurs in a user terminal; a super-distribution(contents distributor)(300) which delivers the encrypted contents in the content server of the content provider to a user terminal; a user terminal(400, 500) which receives the encrypted contents from the contents distributor if the right object for the contents is granted; an intermediary terminal(600) including the right object acquisition protocol(ROAP)(601) which receives the right object for the user terminal through the designated protocol by interlocking with the right issuer(602) of the right server and delivers the using right to the user terminal; and an approval system(700) which performs charging process for delivery of the right object between the intermediary terminal and the user terminal.
