Abstract: PURPOSE: A finishing material of a urethane panel is provided to attach polyurethane strongly to the inside and the outside of a surface sheet. CONSTITUTION: A finishing material(10) of a urethane panel comprises: a main body(11) of polyurethane foam provided with an insertion portion(11a) and a projection portion(11b) coupled with the insertion portion; and a surface sheet(12) adhered to cover the surface of the main body and provided with an outer adhesive layer(12b) and an inner adhesive layer(12c), wherein the outer adhesive layer is formed by applying or coating urethane adhesives on one side of a PE film(12a), and the inner adhesive layer is formed by applying or coating urethane adhesives on the other side of the PE film and attached with the main body.

CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel connecting fastener comprises support walls(134,234), a plat shaped stoppers(136,236) and joint parts(138,238). The support wall is perpendicularly and integrally formed on both edge of a base. An interval is formed between the support walls. The plat shaped stopper is integrally formed at the circumference of the support wall. The joint part is bent so that end parts are contacted with one another.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of RFID antenna using aluminum sheet is provided to make a manufacturing simple and reduce manufacturing cost by using aluminum sheet for RFID antenna instead of FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board). A manufacturing method of RFID antenna using aluminum sheet is comprised of steps: inputting a circuit pattern of the RFID antenna to the CAD/CAM program; receiving an aluminum sheet(1) from the aluminum roll and curving the circuit pattern(2) of the RFID antenna by CNC; welding the contact point(3) of the circuit pattern through the ultrasonic wave; inspecting the circuit pattern; adhering the sheet(4) to the circuit pattern one side or both sides to fix the circuit pattern; cutting the circumstance of the sheet by the fixed size.
