Abstract: PURPOSE: A storyboard based movie producing system is provided to easily produce an image for education, an image for a family, a personal image or various event images. CONSTITUTION: A story of a moving picture is composed. A scene is composed. A shot is composed. Shots searched using a moving picture search function are registered according to the composed story. An image and text sentence is inserted into each shot using moving picture edit and effect functions.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multimedia content management system is provided to supply convenience to a general user or an expert by providing an intelligent authoring/editing function based on a multimedia property element. CONSTITUTION: A basic video information extraction function shows basic and file information to a user, and a frame extracting function extracts a frame as a first shot by comparing the feature information obtained from each frame of video, wherein the variation amount of information happens remarkably in the frame. A clip generation function generates a clip by using the first shot, and clip information includes various kinds of information for establishing a database and producing basic video information.

Abstract: An image retrieval method using median filtering in RGB color image feature information extraction is provided to solve an inexact retrieval result of a retrieval system by using a color in an image among content-based retrieval descriptors, thereby obtaining a superior result in comparison with the other existing methods when retrieving multimedia images where a color is important information. In an image retrieval method using median filtering in RGB(Red, Green and Blue) color image feature information extraction, the method comprises the following steps of: setting block division of an RGB color information image in order to divide an RGB color space of each image(602,603); analyzing RGB color information of a block(604); extracting a representative value of an RGB color information image block; retrieving a specific feature of the extracted representative value(605); and configuring a feature table using the retrieved feature(608).
