    Abstract: A non-destructive measurement apparatus of chromaticity and brightness is provided to maximize application of the conventional shearography by optimizing measuring environment and estimating lifespan of an object. A non-destructive measurement apparatus(100) of chromaticity and brightness includes a color CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(10), a memory unit(20), a brightness comparing unit(30), and a lifespan estimating unit(40). The color CCD camera obtains chromaticity and brightness of an object(50). The memory unit stores the chromaticity and brightness information obtained by the CCD camera. The brightness comparing unit optimizes measuring environment by comparing the brightness information before and after change of the object stored in the memory unit. The lifespan estimating unit estimates lifespan of the object by comparing the chromaticity information obtained from the object with the chromaticity information stored in the memory unit.
