Abstract: The present invention relates to a design management environment evaluation system and a method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a design management environment evaluation system and a method thereof which analyze and diagnose an environment of a small manufacturing business in real time, and where an evaluation target business quantitatively derives and presents a subject by items required to improve a design management environment to increase a level to an average level or greater or an upper level as compared with standard data subdividing a design business. The present invention relates to a design management environment evaluation system and a method thereof which may provide the derived data to an area in which improvement is required among a plurality of areas divided from the design management environment according to an improvement degree, provide an effort or investment degree required to improve as a quantitative numeral to improve the business environment while preventing excessive investment, thereby maximizing a synergy effect of design management and reinforcing business competency.

Abstract: 본 발명은 디자인경영환경 평가시스템 및 그 평가방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 실시간으로 중소제조기업의 기업환경을 분석 및 진단하고, 진단 내용에 따라 디자인업계를 레벨별로 세분화한 표준데이터와 대비하여 평가대상업체가 동일레벨에서의 평균이상 또는 상위레벨로의 레벨업을 위한 디자인경영환경 개선에 필요한 과제를 항목별로 정량적으로 도출 및 제시하도록 한 것이다. 이와같이 도출된 데이터는 디자인경영환경에서 구분한 다수의 영역 중 개선이 필요한 영역을 개선정도에 따라 제공할 수 있고, 개선에 필요한 노력 또는 투자정도도 정량적인 수치로 제공하여 과도한 투자를 방지하면서 균형적으로 기업환경을 개선시켜 디자인경영 시너지효과의 극대화로 기업역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 디자인경영컨설팅이 가능한 디자인경영환경 평가시스템 및 그 평가방법에 관한 것이다.
