Abstract: PURPOSE: A spot welder for implementing a reliability test on a spot welding portion is provided to implement a nondestructive test, thereby easily applying the same to a manufacturing process and inspecting defects in real time. CONSTITUTION: A spot welder for implementing a reliability test on a spot welding portion includes a test part implementing the reliability test on the spot welding portion. The test part inspects the spot welding portion through image scanning using a contactless air coupled ultrasonic probe. The test part uses a contactless air coupled ultrasonic testing (NAUT) such that a contactless ultrasonic inspection implemented through compensating energy loss from a difference between acoustic impedances in air with a high power ultrasonic pulser receiver, a PRE-AMP, and the high sensitive probe. Abstract: PURPOSE: A stud bolt automatic measuring and correcting device for engine frame fixing is provided to improve quality and productivity of a vehicle frame assembly process by measuring and correcting a position of a stud bolt. CONSTITUTION: A stud bolt automatic measuring and correcting device for engine frame fixing comprises a working robot(10), a position measuring device, a position measuring device controller(30), a correcting device controller(50), and a correcting device(40). The working robot injects an engine chassis into a jig and draws the engine chassis from the jig. The position measuring device measures a position of a stud bolt of the engine chassis. The position measuring device controller transfers a position data of the stud bolt measured by the position measuring device to a main controller(20). The position measuring device controller controls sensor operation of the position measuring device. A main controller determines fault on the position of the stud bolt according to predetermined tolerance. The correcting device controller controls operation of a correcting device according to the data on the tolerance. The correcting device corrects the position of the stud bolt of the engine chassis in a tolerance range.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device to detect a lamella tearing using a non-contact ultrasonic wave and, more specifically, includes: a stage to fixate a test piece to detect a lamella tearing; more than at least one probe to emit a predetermined frequency of an ultrasonic wave onto the test piece while moving towards a predetermined shaft on the stage; a free amp to amplify the ultrasonic pulse emitted by the probe and the test piece penetrated, to a predetermined amplitude; a pulse receiver to receive the pulse signal amplified by the free amp; and a calculation unit to detect the lamella tearing by analyzing the received pulse signal.
