Abstract: An automatic assembly apparatus of a buckle for a seat belt is provided to reduce a defective assembly ratio by automating a total buckle assembly process, and to minimize degradation of quality and production amount by reducing fatigue of workers. An automatic assembly apparatus of a buckle for a seat belt comprises a base(101), a transfer chain device(110), a buckle coupling and normal operation checking device(120), a screw linking device(130), a buckle transfer device(140), a buckle transfer conveyor device(150) and a control device. The transfer chain device is installed to an upper end of the base and includes a buckle jig for transferring upper and lower buckle cases to be assembled. The buckle coupling and normal operation checking device couples the upper buckle case to the lower buckle case that is transferred by the transfer chain device, inserts a buckle tongue into the coupled buckle cases and checks its linkage. The screw linking device couples the buckle cases to each other with a screw. The buckle transfer device lifts the buckle cases coupled by the screw linking device from a buckle jig and transfers it. The buckle transfer conveyor device moves the buckle cases lowered by the buckle transfer horizontally. The control device drives the devices sequentially.

Abstract: 본 고안은 자동차용 좌석벨트 인식장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 운전자 및 탑승자가 어두운 차내에서 좌석벨트를 용이하게 찾아 착용할 수 있도록 하여 대형사고의 발생을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 차내에 간접적인 조명을 부가하여 더욱 안락하고 편안한 느낌을 갖도록 하는 자동차용 좌석벨트 인식장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은 자동차의 좌석에 장착된 벨트에 연결된 버클 플러그와, 상기 버클 플러그와 결합하여 좌석벨트의 착용을 완료하는 버클로 구성되는 자동차용 좌석벨트의 인식장치에 있어서, 상기 버클(60)의 내부에 장착되어 발광하는 발광다이오드(70)와, 상기 발광다이오드(70)의 점멸을 제어하기 위해 핸드브레이크(40)의 동작에 따라 작동되는 동작스위치(45)와, 상기 동작스위치(45)와 연결되어 상기 자동차 외부의 조도가 일정 미만이고 상기 자동차의 키박스(30)가 턴온되는 경우에만 자동차의 배터리(10) 전원을 공급하는 조도센서(20)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
