Abstract: PURPOSE: A grain storage bin using an Ultraviolet Light Emitting Diode is provided to safely store food or grain for a long time without mold by performing a sterilization function. CONSTITUTION: A grain storage bin(100) using a UV LED comprises a storage part, a lid part, more than one UV LED(101), and a control part. The storage part accepts food and grain. The lid part is connected to the storage part, and isolates the storage part from outside. The UV LEDs are attached on the inner surface of the storage part or the cover part, and sterilizes the food and grain. The control part controls the UV LEDs.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A semiconductor light emitting device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to efficiently increase the efficiency of extracting light by extracting the light generated from the active region inside the semiconductor.
