Abstract: The present invention relates to a control device for a step motor solenoid valve and a system for a step motor solenoid valve. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the control device for a step motor solenoid valve, comprising a DC-DC converter, which receives battery power for an electric car and converts the power into power for driving a step motor solenoid valve used for a refrigerating system for an electric vehicle and power for a controller; a communications module, which performs data communications with a main control unit (MCU) of an electric vehicle; a controller, which receives various data from a sensor sensing the temperature or pressure of a fluid flowing inside the communications module or the step motor solenoid valve, controls the data received from the sensor to be transferred to the MCU through the communications module according to a setting, and performs automatic control according to the set condition based on the sensing data received from the sensor and performs control according to the set data received from the communications module; and a motor driver, which operates the step motor solenoid valve according to a control signal of the controller. Also, provided is the system for a step motor solenoid valve.
