Abstract: 본발명은디에콜(Dieckol) 화합물을유효성분으로함유하는퇴행성신경질환예방및 치료용조성물에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로는, 지질다당류(lipopolysaccharide: LPS)에의하여활성화된미세아교세포(microglia)에있어서활성산소종(reactive oxygen species:ROS)의생성및 NF-&kgr;B의활성화를억제하는, 갈조류유래의디에콜(Dieckol) 화합물의용도에관한것이다. 상기디에콜화합물은퇴행성신경질환에대한치료및 예방에유용하게사용될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing a dieckol compound for preventing and treating neurodegerative diseases is provided to suppress ROS generation and NF-kappaB activation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating neurodegenerative diseases contains dieckol compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. In chemical formula 1, R is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkenyl, phenyl, phenylalkyl, hydroxyphenyl, or dihydroxyphenyl. The dieckol compound is isolated from brown algae, Ecklonia cava. A method for isolating dieckol compound comprises: a step of extracting Ecklonia cava powder using organic solvent; a step of fractioning organic solvent extract; a step of isolating and purifying by chromatography. The organic solvent is ethanol or methanol.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供含有用于预防和治疗神经变性疾病的孕酮化合物的组合物以抑制ROS产生和NF-κB活化。 构成:用于预防和治疗神经退行性疾病的药物组合物含有化学式1的甲羟戊酸化合物作为活性成分。 在化学式1中,R是氢,C 1 -C 6烷基,C 1 -C 6烯基,苯基,苯基烷基,羟基苯基或二羟基苯基。 米卡克醇化合物是从褐藻(Ecklonia cava)中分离出来的。 一种分离甲羟戊酸化合物的方法包括:使用有机溶剂萃取Ecklonia Cava粉末的步骤; 分解有机溶剂提取物的步骤; 通过色谱分离和纯化的步骤。 有机溶剂是乙醇或甲醇。
