Abstract: An implant guide apparatus for implanting fixture is provided, which enables to implant the fixture at the most ideal location. An implant guide apparatus comprises: a pair of loops(110) which are hung on the tooth of both sides which are adjacent to the tooth loss site and are fixed; and a connection part(120) which is positioned at the tooth loss site and connects a pair of loops. The connection part comprises one or a plurality of holes(121) determining the implant position of fixture. The implant guide apparatus is made of silicone.

Abstract: A multi implant is provided, which is capable of mounting implant by selecting implants according to the state of a patient and operation method. A multi implant comprises: a fixture(110) in which the screw part is formed on the outer circumference and which is laid in the alveolar bone; an abutment(120) combined with the upper part of fixture; a height adjustment member(130) capable of being attached between fixture and abutment; a screw locking groove equipped along the fixture upper center axis; a locking groove passing the lower part from the upper part of the abutment circumferential surface; and a screw(140) which combines and fixes abutment and fixture.
