Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high-strength lightweight suspension hub for an electric vehicle is provided to lighten the suspension hub with high strength using an aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high-strength lightweight suspension hub for an electric vehicle includes: a step (20) of spraying molten aluminum alloy with inert gas into a chamber having a substrate through a nozzle, and forming a formed body with laminating the aluminum alloy and the inert gas on the substrate; and a step (30) of separating the formed body from the chamber, and processing the formed body into the shape of the desired suspension hub. The aluminum alloy comprises 0.15 wt% of Cu, 0.6 wt% of Si, 1.0 wt% of Mg, 0.68 wt% of Fe, 0.16 wt% of Mn, 3.0 wt% of Bi, 0.5 to 0.6 wt% of Mm, and remnants aluminum. Abstract: PURPOSE: A light emitting diode (LED) street lamp is provided to have uniform light distribution property using an LED which is strong on heat than a lens and using a reflective unit in each LED and to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: An LED street lamp comprises a radiator (30), a substrate (40), a reflector (50), and a housing for protecting the same. The radiator emits heat generated in the substrate. The substrate comprises multiple LEDs which are arranged with a constant pattern and reflector is put on the substrate. The substrate comprises a penetration unit for exposing the LED and multiple reflective units capable of directing light which is emitted from the LED to each direction.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for forming an alloy material using a spray forming method are provided to efficiently prevent the oxidation of metal and to form the alloy material in which at least two substances are uniformly mixed. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming an alloy material using a spray forming method includes a molten metal generating part (10), a spray chamber (50), a gas jetting part, and a substrate (51). The molten generating part has a melting chamber and a heating unit. The melting chamber has a closed inner space, and the heating unit melts an ingot charged into the melting chamber. The spray chamber is installed at the lower side of the melting chamber. The gas jetting part jets inert gas to molten metal, which is discharged from the melting chamber and falls into the spray chamber, and then granulates the molten metal into droplets. The droplets falls and are laminated on the substrate.
