Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic medium supply system for culturing microalgae in a bioreactor is provided to automatically culture the microalgae and to uniformly maintain measurement accuracy. CONSTITUTION: An automatic medium supply system for culturing microalgae comprises: a photobioreactor(110), a medium supply unit(130), a dilution unit(150), a concentration detection unit(170), and a control unit(190). The photobioreactor has a culture panel main body(112) and a gas supply pipe(118). The medium supply unit supplies a medium into the inside of the culture panel main body. The dilution unit receives a culture medium from the culture panel main body and dilutes the culture medium with a dilution solution.
