Abstract: 본 발명은 패각 분말이 부착된 친환경 코팅 콘크리트에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 포틀랜드 콘크리트의 표면에 무기 결합재를 이용하여 입자 크기가 5~5000㎛인 패각 분말을 부착함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이때, 상기 무기 결합재는 지오폴리머이며, 상기 지오폴리머는 플라이 애쉬, 메타카올린, 슬래그 및 고로 슬래그를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 무기물이 알칼리성 액체에 의해 중합반응이 일어나 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패각 분말이 부착된 친환경 코팅 콘크리트에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Environmentally-friendly coated concrete attached with shell powder is provided to secure the excellent durability, and to protect the oceanic environment by using a geo-polymer as a binder. CONSTITUTION: Environmentally-friendly coated concrete attached with shell powder is produced by attaching shell powder to the surface of portland cement using an inorganic binder. The inorganic binder is a geo-polymer. The geo-polymer is obtained by polymerizing more than one inorganic material selected from the group consisting of fly ash, meta-kaolin, slag, and blast furnace slag.
