Abstract: 본 발명은 고기의 칼집형성장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고기의 두께에 제약을 받지 않고 그 양면에 연속적인 칼집을 형성할 수 있으며, 칼날에 고기의 부착을 방지할 수 있는 고기의 칼집형성장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 특징적인 구성은 프레임과; 상기 프레임에 설치되어 고기를 이송시키는 고기이송수단과; 상기 프레임에 설치되어 상기 고기이송수단에 의해 이송된 고기에 칼집을 형성하는 칼날이 구비된 칼날뭉치와, 상기 프레임에 구비되어 상기 칼날뭉치를 승강시키는 칼날승강부와, 상기 칼날뭉치를 구동하는 구동부로 이루어진 칼집형성수단이 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: An apparatus for incision in the meat is provided to form the consecutive incision on the front side of the meat to make meat soft and to infiltrate spice deeply. An apparatus for incision in the meat comprises: a frame(20); a meat transfer unit which is installed at the frame and transfers the meat; a blade bundle(30) which is equipped with a blade, is installed at the upper part of the meat transfer unit, and forms incision on the meat transferred by the meat transfer unit; a blade lifting unit which is installed at the frame and lifts the blade bundle; and an incision forming unit consisting of a driving part operating the blade bundle.

Abstract translation: 提供肉肉切口装置，在肉的正面形成连续的切口，使肉柔软，深深地渗透香料。 用于切肉的设备包括：框架（20）; 一个安装在框架上并转运肉的肉类转运单元; 装有刀片的刀片组30安装在肉转运单元的上部，并在由肉转运单元转移的肉上形成切口; 叶片提升单元，其安装在框架处并提升叶片束; 以及由操作所述叶片束的驱动部构成的切口形成单元。
