Abstract: PURPOSE: A machine level adjusting device is provided to enable the installation height and the parallelization degree of a tool to be easily adjusted with less force using a separate frictional-force adding/decreasing member. CONSTITUTION: A machine level adjusting device(10) is composed of a body(20), a lower slider(30), an adjusting member(50), an upper slider(40), a linear bearing(41), a tilting adjusting member(60), and a fixed anchor(11). The top of the lower slider is formed to slope. On one side of the adjusting member, a head is formed. The other side of the adjusting member is coupled to the lower slider. The adjusting member adjusts the coupling length to the lower slider and slides the lower slider. The bottom of the upper slider is formed to have a slope corresponding to the tilting surface of the lower slider. The top of the upper slider is formed in a spherical surface. The linear bearing comprises a plurality of rolling balls. The rolling balls damp the frictional force, which is generated between the upper slider and the lower slider. The tilting adjusting member comprises one or more filling grooves. A part of the fixed anchor is inserted into the ground.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a jig device for painting an electronic unit capable of performing a painting work by supporting the electronic unit which is a painting target, and regularly maintaining a support position of the electronic unit by minimizing the generation of deformation. The jig device for painting an electronic unit includes: a base panel; a plurality of painting fixtures which is formed on the upper part of the base panel and supports the electronic unit of the painting target; and a reinforcement unit preventing the base panel from being transformed by being formed on the base panel. A guide protrusion for guiding a mounting position to be mounted on a painting device protrudes from the lower part of the base panel. The reinforcement unit has a lattice type reinforcement rib formed on the lower surface of the base panel.
