    Abstract: A gear manufacturing method and a mold used for the same are provided to produce integrally a small multi-stage gear through a casting process and to prevent deformation in producing the multi-stage gear, and rotate easily through a plurality of the small multi-stage gear rotate in gear with each other by prevent a dimensional error of the gear. A gear manufacturing method comprises the steps of: assembling a mold with the shape of a gear(S1); forming a wax member with the shape of products by injecting wax into the assembled mold and coagulating the wax(S2); separating the coagulated wax member with the shape of a gear from the mold and then joining the wax member to an attaching rod(S3); covering the outer side of the wax member joined to the attaching rod, with casting material(S4); inserting the wax member and the casting material into a heating furnace and removing the wax member by heat(S6); inserting a portion of the casting material including the same space of the gear shape occupied by the wax member, into a vacuum sucker and injecting melted metal into the space occupied by the wax member, with vacuum-sucking the casting material(S7); and coagulating the injected metal(S8).
