Abstract: A method for preparing a pear drink, and a pear drink prepared by the method are provided to maintain the natural shell color of a pear and to reduce the precipitate. A method for preparing a pear drink comprises the steps of removing the impurities and screening the rotten fruit; washing the pear with the underground water; drying it with cold air of 5~15°C; pulverizing it by a size of 2-3 cm; juicing the pulverized one; maturing the juiced one with heating it with steam of 90~95°C for 160~200 min; cooling it with the underground water for 5 hours; filtering it; sterilizing it with steam at about 100°C for 30 min; and packaging it.
