Abstract: PURPOSE: A soft mattress containing loess and jade with restoring force, for a bed, electric mat and the like is provided to improve the health of human body due to far-infrared rays emitted therefrom, and to give comfort and soft feeling to a person using the same. CONSTITUTION: The soft mattress with restoring force is produced by: mixing 40-60 wt% of powdered loess or jade, 45-51 wt% of polyester or polyether polyol, 1-5 wt% of a fire retardant, 3-7 wt% of a hardening agent; stirring, dissolving and aging the mixture; adding 0.1-1 wt% of a catalyst to the aged mixture and mixing them with stirring for 5-10 minutes; and charging the mixture into a mold and solidifying it for 3-6 hours.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a soft yellow soil mattress with restoring force to compose SEBS(Styrene and Ethylene Butylene Rubber) and powdered yellow soil is provided to make use of the restoring force of soft materials and the far-infrared rays from yellow soil. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a soft yellow soil mattress with restoring force comprises the steps of: (i) a first step to mix S 5wt.%, ZnO 10wt.%, DM(Dibezothiazyl Disuifide) 5wt.%, CaCO3 40wt.%, and Al2O3 40wt.% on the basis of SEBS; (ii) a second step to mix the first mixture and SEBS in a ratio of 1:1 in a mixing machine; (iii) a third step to mix the second mixture and finely powdered yellow soil in a ratio of 2:3; (iv) a fourth step to put paraffin white oil in a heating furnace and heat to 120 deg.C; (v) a fifth step to put together the heated white oil and the third mixture in a ratio of 1:1 and heat to 80-210 deg.C while stirring to melt SEBS completely; and (vi) a sixth step to put into certain molds and cool.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A process for preparing a mattress having softness and restoring force and infrared rays-irradiating property by mixing synthetic rubber, nephrite powder and mixtures is provided which produces nephrite mattress promoting the blood flow in the facial skin and invigorating the metabolism.
