Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a stack-type grinding and cutting tool is provided to process a workpiece even if abrasive grains of an outermost layer are lost by using abrasive grains of a lower layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a stack-type grinding and cutting tool is as follows. Abrasive grains(120) are regularly or irregularly arranged on a mesh-type metal base(110). A grinding layer is formed by welding the arranged abrasive grains, and multiple grinding layers are formed. Plate-shaped metal powder molded articles are arranged between the grinding layers. A grinding unit(100) is manufactured by pressing and sintering the grinding layers.
