The present invention relates to a remote control device having a self diagnosis function for monitoring an abnormal operation of the remote control device which controls various devices installed in a remote place by communicating with a central control server, and a self diagnosis method thereof. The remote control device having a self diagnosis function includes a signal input unit which receives a sensing signal for protecting the remote control device through multiple channels; a communication unit which receives information on an operation state of modules mounted in the remote control device, receives information on an operation state of a device controlled by the remote control device, and which is connected to a communications network; a photographing unit which photographs the modules mounted in the remote control device to generate image information; a failure determining unit which receives image information generated by the photographing unit, a sensing signal for protecting the remote control device provided from the signal input unit, and information on an operation state of the modules and the devices mounted in the remote control device provided from the communication module to determine an abnormality of the remote control device and to generate abnormality operation state information when the remote control device is abnormal; and a message transmitting unit which transmits the abnormality operation state information of the remote control device to the central control server through the communication unit.

PURPOSE: A tag information transmission method and a system thereof are provided to prevent access of an unauthorized person by authorizing a smart phone which has a phone number authorized in a server side. CONSTITUTION: A controller information providing server(102) transmits tag information which is remotely monitored/controlled according to a request of a mobile communication terminal. The controller information providing server receives a request of an interest tag value designated by a user from the mobile communication terminal. The controller information providing server converts the value into a view value or a state value of the mobile communication terminal. The controller information providing server receives the state value or the view value and a name of the interest tag from the mobile communication terminal(101). The controller information providing server converts the state value and the view value of the interest tag into a value used by a controller.

An integrated remote terminal unit using Internet is provided to collect measured data, image data, and accident record data, and display the collected data on an external screen provided in a remote terminal. An integrated remote terminal unit(210) using Internet includes a control unit(211), a touch screen unit(213), an input/output communication unit(214), an image data processing module(215), a measured data processing module(216), and an IP common module(217). The control unit allows measured data to be received from various measuring instruments and an operation apparatus(250) and image data to be received from a camera(240). The touch screen unit displays the image data and measured data. The input/output communication unit transmits the measured data, the image data, and accident record data. The image data processing module receives the image data and reproduces the image data to allow the image data to be displayed.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for monitoring/controlling a device which is located at a remote place using a mobile communication terminal are provided to send a message through data communications instead of SMS in case emergencies. CONSTITUTION: An input module(201) receives a remote monitoring command from a mobile communication terminal. A state value processing module(202) receives the value of a state of a specific operation or a specific function. A conversion module(203) converts the value of the state of the specific operation or the specific function into texts or images. Network management equipment or module for a remote monitor/control system in the floating IP(Internet Protocol) environment Internet, and a communication method using the same are provided to communicate with nationwide remote places through the Internet, and correct a remote control program and offer after-sale services without visiting a remote or central monitoring room. The network management equipment or module(214,236) is installed to the central control room(200) and/or each remote place(230a-230n), and enables a remote or central control device allocated as a private fixed IP to receive communication data by converting a destination floating IP of the communication data into the private fixed IP according to a port number of the communication data received through the Internet(220). If the communication data transmitted from the central or remote control device corresponds to the central control room and/or each remote place, the network management equipment or module makes the communication data transferred through the Internet by changing the destination IP address into the matched floating IP in reference to a floating IP table.
