Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition using aloe vera is provided to prevent and treat gastritis and peptic ulcer. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating gastritis and peptic ulcer contains a polymer fraction or freeze-dried powder thereof. The fraction or powder is prepared by removing aloe vera leaf peel and filleting parenchyma tissue, homogenizing in a homogenizer and centrifuging; a step of collecting supernatant and performing ultrafiltration using a zirconium dioxide tubular ultrafiltration membrane at 10-40 Deg. C. The composition for preventing and treating gastritis and peptic ulcer contains dietary fiber of aloe vera.
