Abstract: PURPOSE: An aloe vera drying method is provided to prevent the shrinkage and the surface hardening of aloe vera by forming a filter paper layer, and to improve the functionality of the aloe vera. CONSTITUTION: An aloe vera drying method comprises the following steps: slicing aloe leaves in the thickness of 0.5~1.5cm; attaching filter paper on the surface of the aloe leaf slices to form a layer; and drying the aloe leaf slices with a filter paper layer with hot air at 30~50deg C.
