Abstract: A water floating granular agricultural chemical formulation is provided to inhibit corrosion of iron by using a water-soluble thickener instead of potassium chloride, reduce the costs of exchange or addition of manufacturing facilities according to water-soluble film package, and increase spray distance by increasing diameter of granular formulation. A water floating granular agricultural chemical formulation comprises 0.1-15 wt.% of active ingredients of agricultural chemical including herbicide, sterilizer and antimicrobial agent, 1-30 wt.% of surfactant, 0.1-5 wt.% of supplements, 0.1-5 wt.% of viscose, 0.1-30 wt.% of water floating carrier, 1-30 wt.% of water-soluble carrier and 10-80 wt.% of non-water-soluble carrier, wherein the granular formulation has diameter of 7-10 mm. Further, the active ingredients of agricultural chemical is one or more selected from a group consisting of water-soluble active ingredients of agricultural chemical, sparingly water-soluble active ingredients of agricultural chemical and non-water-soluble active ingredients of agricultural chemical.

Abstract: 본 발명은 농약입제의 단일입자의 직경을 7mm이상으로 제조하여 무논에 작업자가 직접 들어가지 않고 논둑에서 투척처리가 가능한 범위가 넓고, 뛰어난 확산성을 부여하여 투척 지점에서 먼 거리까지 확산이 되며 농약입제가 빨리 붕괴되어 바람에 의해 수면부유성 농약입제가 한곳으로 몰려 나타나는 약해 및 약효저조 등의 단점을 개선한 농약입제의 조성물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
또한 스테인리스스틸로 설비가 되지 않은 제조시설에서도 염에 의한 녹발생을 걱정하지 않고 기존 시설 그대로 이용 가능한 장점이 있는 제조 방법이다
