Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for elevating a paper feeding/ejecting roller of an image forming apparatus, including: pressing bumps which are prepared on the side of a cassette tray; a bundle of rollers which is installed on a cassette tray insertion frame where the cassette tray is inserted, for feeding and ejecting paper loaded on the cassette tray; and a roller bundle elevation device which descends the bundled rollers when the cassette tray is inserted, by being pressed of the pressing bumps, and which elevates the bundled rollers when the cassette tray is ejected. When opening and closing the cassette tray, the roller bundle elevation can be either moved up or down, so as to avoid the intervention between the roller bundle and paper, and set the roller bundle to a normal position, wherein the feeding and ejecting of paper is capable.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for transmitting power in two direction of same axis is provided to drive only one among two driven devices which is connected to both sides of a rotation shaft along a driving direction of the driving motor. CONSTITUTION: A one-way clutch(130) has an internal lace and an external lace which rotates into one only by driving forward drive of a driving motor. The one-way clutch is installed to one side of a rotation shaft(120). The one-way clutch rotates the rotation shaft if the driving motor is driven to the forward direction. A power delivery unit(200) is installed to coaxial direction with the one-way clutch on other side of the rotation shaft. The power delivery unit rotates only by a backward driving of the driving motor. The power delivery unit is separated with the one-way clutch when driving the forward driving of the driving motor.
