Abstract: 본 고안은 복사기, 팩시밀리, 프린터 및 복사지분류장치 등의 사무기기에 있어서 구동원으로 사용되고 있는 모터를 사무기기에 고정함에 있어서 진동전달 방지구를 사용하여 모터의 진동이 본체에 전달되는 것을 최소화 시키므로서 모터의 진동에 의한 사무기기의 소음을 저감시키는 모터소음 저감장치에 관한 것으로, 전단에는 구동풀리가 고정되는 구동축이 일체로 형성되고, 후단에는 전원선이 일체로 형성된 모터를 구비하는 사무기기의 모터소음 저감장치에 있어서, 상기 구동축이 돌출되게 구성되어 상기 모터의 외측에 삽입되어 고정되는 외측고무캡과; 상기 전원선이 배출되게 구성되어 상기 모터의 내측에 삽입되어 고정되는 내측고무캡과; 상기 외측고무캡과 상기 내측고무캡으로 감싸여진 모터를 수납하여 사무기기 본체의 고정부에 고정 결합되는 모터케이스를 구비한 모터소음 저감장치를 제공하므로서, 모터의 구동에 의해 발생되는 진동을 사무기기 본체에 전달되는 것을 최소화 시켜, 사용자에게 쾌적한 사무환경을 제공하고, 사무기기에 관한 각종 소음규격달성이 용이하며, 모터의 구동에 의해 발생되는 지속적인 진동에 의한 타 부품의 고정상태 불량 및 전자부품의 손상 등을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: In a sorter classifying and holding paper by page or in order of page, the sorter includes a plurality of paper holding means with tray front end pin and a tray rear end pin at both sides of outer end and inner end; a tray support side panel disposed on both sides of the paper holding means and having a guide hole into which the tray rear end pin is individually inserted; a tray support means having a tray support upper panel supporting the upper and lower parts of the tray and tray support lower panel; a rack bar fixed at both inner ends of the tray support upper panel and tray support lower panel, a rack slot for the tray front end pin, and a rack formed at one side; a rack bar guide race into which the rack bar is inserted to provide its up/down moving route, and fixing its position; a side panel having a slot liner providing a moving route for the tray front end pin protruding from the rack slot; a paper conveyance motor installed on the side panel and providing power to a paper conveyance means; means connected to a driving shaft of the paper conveyance motor and converting a horizontal rotating direction to a vertical rotating direction; a paper conveyance means receiving power from the converting means and conveying the paper discharged from a copy machine onto the paper holding means; a tray moving means; a rack driving gear rotating in mesh with the rack for the movement of the paper holding means; and a driving motor disposed on a given position outside the side panel and providing power to the tray moving means and the rack driving gear.

Abstract: The compact sorter for sorting copied papers comprises slot liners, a transfer wheel, and a number of bin trays. The middle portion of the slot liner which is formed in each of side plates of the sorter body is bent toward the ejecting section of the copy machine within the radius of gyration of the transfer wheel, in such a manner that the bin trays for loading the copied papers should advance one by one to directly below the ejecting roller, so that the ejected papers should be exactly received into the correct position of each of the bin trays. Vertical and horizontal movements of the bin trays are made to be possible, and both the bin tray which has completed the receiving of a copied paper and the bin tray which has been waiting are made to be simultaneously moved.
