    Abstract: PURPOSE: An NMS(Network Management System) using a WAP phone is provided to enable an SMS phone connected to a web/WAP phone server to transmit an SMS message to an RF repeater, and to enable a WAP phone of the RF repeater to connect through a wireless Internet, thereby receiving state, alarm, and control information of the RF repeater. CONSTITUTION: An RF repeater(4) to be managed in a web/WAP phone server(3) by a network manager(1) is connected to a wire Internet network(2), and is registered in a manager WAP phone(9). When the RF repeater(4) is registered, the network manager(1) connects with a wireless Internet network(8) via other base station(10) through the WAP phone(9), and selects management information. The web/WAP phone server(3) provides the management information to the manager WAP phone(9) while storing repeater DB information transmitted from the RF repeater(4) in the web/WAP phone server(3). If a mobile manager inputs control information through the WAP phone(9) and transmits the control information to the web/WAP phone server(3), the web/WAP phone server(3) provides the control information to the RF repeater(4).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A non-oscillation wireless repeating apparatus and a method thereof are provided to repeat a high output and high purity radio signal by increasing isolation between transmission and reception of a repeating base station. CONSTITUTION: A radio signal transmitted from a doner base station, a near interfering signal of a transmission antenna of a repeater, and an indirect interfering signal are received(S100). The interfering signal is extracted and a phase of the interfering signal is delayed as much as 1/4 to generate a orthogonal subtraction signal(S200). A feedback gain of a radio signal with a modulated amplitude is detected(S300).
