Abstract: PURPOSE: A paving method for a boundary stone using natural soil is provided to reduce construction costs by constructing a boundary stone using natural soil which can be collected from a construction site. CONSTITUTION: A paving method for a boundary stone using natural soil is as follows. The ground where boundary stones are to be spread is flattened(S10). Mortar is produced by stirring decomposed granite soil, loess, cement, cellulose fiber, iron oxide, and an AE water reducing agent solution composed of an AE water reducing agent(S20). The produced mortar is supplied to a hopper of a paving device(S30). The supplied mortar is transferred to a rear molding plate by rotating an extrusion screw(S40). A boundary stone is molded by a molding plate, and the paving device is moved forward using the reaction force generated from the molded boundary stone to continuously mold boundary stones(S50). The molded boundary stones are covered with a curing material, and the curing material is cured(S60). Abstract: PURPOSE: A paving device for a boundary stone is provided to obtain driving force using reaction force and to improve the filling efficiency of mortar when boundary stones are spread. CONSTITUTION: A paving device for a boundary stone comprises a hopper(10), a support body(20), a wheel unit, a screw cylinder(40), an extrusion screw, a drive unit(60), and a molding plate(70). The hopper receives mortar from an upper opening(11) and supplies the received mortar through a lower opening. The support body supports the hopper and is extended in a longitudinal direction. The wheel unit is composed of front wheels(31) and rear wheels for supporting the support body. The screw cylinder is connected to the lower opening and is coupled to the bottom of the support body. The extrusion screw is located at the bottom of the hopper and is formed inside the screw cylinder to be rotatable. The drive unit is composed of a drive motor and a speed reducer(61) and rotates the extrusion screw. The molding plate is coupled to the rear end of the screw cylinder and molds the supplied mortar.

CONSTITUTION: A mortar ground packing method using loess powder and sand mill comprises following steps. The ground is made flat. A boundary stone is paved at both edges of the ground, so pavement position is indicated. As loess powder 200kg, solidifier 250kg or cement 270kg, and liquid solution consisting of water and AE water reducing agent are mixed based on sand 1800kg, pavement soil is manufactured. The manufactured pavement soil is paved in the ground between both boundary stones. The paved pavement soil is compressed and compacted by a vibrator. The pavement soil is covered with curing material.
