    Abstract: The present invention relates to a sound absorption wall for a high-speed railway tunnel which is installed in a tunnel for a high-speed train to reduce noise caused when high-speed trains pass the tunnel. The high-speed railway tunnel comprises: a sound absorption block, a prop, and pillars. The sound absorption block is formed of overlapped three rectangular plates, but the intermediate plate protrudes from the top and one side of the front and rear plates to form coupling protrusions and coupling grooves of which entire surfaces protrude or are recessed; wherein the front plate has a recessed sound absorption pattern formed thereon. As seeing from the lateral side, the prop is longitudinally and lengthily extended with the cross-section corresponding to one lower coupling groove of the sound absorption block and has multiple through-holes through which bolts are coupled to the floor from the upper part of the cross-section. As seeing from the top, the pillars are longitudinally and lengthily extended with the cross section corresponding to the other coupling groove of the sound absorption block close to the coupling protrusion of the sound absorption block. As seeing from the lateral side, support plates are fixed on the bottom of the pillars to fix the pillars on the ground by bolts. After the prop is installed between the inner wall of the railway tunnel and the trains and the sound absorption blocks are horizontally and transversely connected on the top of the prop to construct a wall frame, the pillars are installed to fix and connect the wall frame.
