Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for adjusting a focal length of an auto focus CCTV camera. More specifically, a cushion pad (20) and a spacer having a thickness smaller than the cushion pad at the bolt assembly position of the cushion pad, are installed between a substrate (10), in which a camera sensor (15) is installed, and a camera lens (5), to adjust with the bolt from the three-point positions. Thereby, the structure is relatively simple than an adjustment structure of a conventional leaf spring. The fine focus adjustment and the back focal length of the camera lens can be easily maintained since the adjustment is done delicately by the cushion pad. Thereby, the present invention can provide satisfaction in use.
