Abstract:
본 발명은 펠리누스 린테우스(Phellinus linteus)균사체를 포도당 2%∼10%, 콘스팁리커 0.2%∼5%, 폐효모추출액 0.1%∼1.0%를 필수성분으로 하는 액체배지에서 배양하는 단계와, 배양된 균사체를 열수처리하는 단계를 포함하는 항암물질의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The mycelia of Phellinus linteus (KCTC0082BP) is cultured in liquid medium containing glucose 2-10%, corn steep liquor 0.2-5% and waste yeast extracts 0.1-1.0% as essential components at 24-30 C for 2-4 days. Biomass which is precipitated by centrifuging the culture broth is treated with hot water. Then antitumoral immunity substance is extracted in ethanol precipitation and dialysis for 6-12 hrs therefrom.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for extracting an anticancer component from Phellinus linteus is provided, thereby mass-producing the anticancer component having an improved anticancer activity from Phellinus linteus. CONSTITUTION: The method for extracting an anticancer component from Phellinus linteus comprises the steps of: cultivating Phellinus linteus in a medium containing sawdust as a main ingredient; adding water, alkali solution and acid solution into the cultivated Phellinus linteus and pulverizing it with a homogenizer; storing it for 2 to 18 hours and heating it at 80 to 100 deg.C at atmospheric pressure or at 110 to 130 deg.C with pressurizing; filtrating the extract under reduced pressure and concentrating it under vacuum; adding 95% ethanol into the concentrate; centrifuging it at 1000 to 8000 rpm and dissolving the precipitate in water; dialyzing the solution with 8000 to 12000 dalton of dialysis membrane or ultrafiltering it; and freeze-drying the product.
