Abstract: PURPOSE: A fixture for a dental implant is provided to reduce bone loss by reducing load in planting a fixture. CONSTITUTION: A fixture for a dental implant comprises a body unit(100) and a screw unit(200). The body unit comprises a first tapered section and a second tapered section. The first tapered section forms a central stem in the fixture and is tapered in the planting direction. The second tapered section is formed to have a slope bigger than the first tapered section. The screw unit is formed in the shape of a screw with a constant height.
