Abstract: A system for measuring transmission delay time of vehicle broadcasting data automatically according to the present invention includes a plurality of video display devices which is installed in a public transportation sequentially, and outputs video data as data for a person to be able to recognize; a plurality of video decode boards for receiving video data and outputting the video data to the video display device; a first server which acts as a master device transmitting the video data to the video decode boards, and stores data transmission delay time information of each video decode board; and a second server which acts as a slave device of the first server, and stores data transmission delay time information of each video decode board. Here, the first server and the second server transmit the data transmission delay time information corresponding to a video decode board identifier to a corresponding video decode board if an inquiry message on data transmission delay time including the video decode board identifier is inputted from one of the video decode boards.
