Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for driving seats for a vehicle is provided to reduce the volume that the seats occupy and conveniently check a motor and a controller at the same time when the motor or the controller is broken by integrating the controller controlling the motor to a side of a motor case driving seats. CONSTITUTION: A device for driving seats for a vehicle is composed of a motor(2) mounted at the bottom of the seat moving along a rail that is formed in a vehicle body, a worm wheel(8) engaged with a worm(6) formed at a motor shaft(5), and a driving shaft(14) integrally formed with a worm wheel shaft which is inserted into the worm wheel. In addition, the seat driving device includes a bolt unit(17) formed on an outer peripheral surface of the driving shaft and a nut unit mounted to the vehicle body and combined to the bolt unit to move the seat along the rail in forward and reverse rotations of the driving shaft; a controller case in which a controller rotation-controlling the motor is embedded; a motor case(1) embedding the motor therein and the controller case integrally combined by a case hanging groove(1a) and a case hanging sill; and a row of teeth(7) of which the arrangement of gear teeth is concavely recessed in the middle, formed to the worm to strengthen the transmission of rotary power by the increase of teeth of which the worm and the worm wheel are engaged.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A driving apparatus of a sunroof for a vehicle is provided to transmit rotational force efficiently by increasing engaged gear teeth in engaging a worm of a motor shaft and a worm wheel of a driving shaft, to improve endurance by reducing load per gear tooth, and to simplify the structure by integrally combining the motor with the controller. CONSTITUTION: A worm(6) is formed in a motor shaft(5) of a motor(2), and engaged with a worm wheel(8). A driving shaft(14) has a sleeve(15) fitting the worm wheel, and a pinion(24) opening and closing a sunroof window by pushing and pulling a wire(25) connected to the sunroof window. A clutch shaft(17) is lifted up and down in the sleeve to selectively connect the driving shaft to the worm wheel. A controller controlling rotation of the motor is embedded in a controller case, and a motor case(1) is integrally combined with the controller case with a case fitting groove(1a) and a case fitting sill.
