Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of comparing metallic colors. The method of comparing metallic colors according to the present invention comprises: a first step of measuring two metallic colors to comparing a color difference between the two metallic colors; a second step of converting reflected light values of the two metallic colors into tristimulus values; a third step of converting the tristimulus values of the two metallic colors into CIELCH values; a fourth step of comparing the CIELCH values of the two metallic colors arithmetically using a mathematical formula 1; and a fifth step of calculating the color difference values of the two metallic colors using the arithmetically compared values and a mathematical formula 2.
