Abstract: 본 발명의 팩스 모니터링 장치는 a) 교환기와 상기 복수 개의 팩시밀리 각각과 연결된 팁라인 및 링라인과 병렬로 연결되어 발신 팩시밀리와 수신 팩시밀리 사이에서 핸드 쉐이킹 과정이 이루어지면 핸드 쉐이킹 과정에서 발신 팩시밀리와 수신 팩시밀리 사이에서 전송되는 신호를 팩스 프로토콜을 이용하여 모니터링하고 로깅구동신호를 출력하는 신호처리부, b) 핸드 쉐이킹 과정 후 발신 팩시밀리와 수신 팩시밀리 사이에서 전송되는 팩스 신호를 신호처리부를 통하여 입력받아 이미지 파일로 변환하는 모니터링용 로깅부 및 c) 신호처리부로부터 로깅구동신호를 입력받으면 모니터링용 로깅부의 동작을 제어하고 이미지 파일을 입력받아 관리하는 모니터링용 애플리케이션부를 포함한다. 본 발명의 팩스 모니터링 장치는 사용하는 팩시밀리의 팁 및 링라인에 병렬로 연결되어 핸드쉐이킹 과정에 참여하지 않고 모니터링만 함으로써 기존의 팩시밀리 사용환경을 그대로 유지하면서 전송되는 팩스 또는 음성통화에 대한 보안기능을 완벽하게 수행할 수 있다.

Abstract: An E-mail telemarketing service system and a method thereof are provided to talk business bidirectionally about a goods based on an advertisement e-mail about the goods. A customer database including the e-mail address of client, and the telephone number and information of concern field is build(S301). E-mail including telephone connecting button is prepared(S302), and it is send to a client(S303). If the client clicks the call connection button, a message window for receiving the clients phone number is opened(S305). The client inputted phone number is send to the bidirectional phone calling system to request a phone call. The system makes two phone calls to a telemarketer, and the clients and connects the calls(S307).

Abstract: A fax monitoring device is provided to perform only a monitoring process without participating in a hand shaking process, thereby perfectly performing security work for transmitted fax or voice because fax use environment such as a number change is not changed. A fax monitoring device(200) comprises the followings: a signal processor(210); a monitoring logging unit(220) which receives a fax signal, transmitted between an originating facsimile and a receiving facsimile after a hand shaking process, through the signal processor(210) and converts the signal into an image file; and a monitoring application(240) which controls operations of the monitoring logging unit(220) if a logging driving signal is inputted from the signal processor(210), and receives and manages the image file.
