Abstract:
PURPOSE: A backwashing device of filter tank is provided, which can easily remove fine particles and contaminants accumulated in the filter media by agitating with blades of impellers attached to a shaft that reciprocally vertically moves thus easily floating the fine particles, and by back washing with back wash water that is supplied in high pressure caused by a driving motor. CONSTITUTION: The tank comprises a filter tank(100), a rotational shaft(120), a reducer(130), two impellers(150), a filter(170), a discharge hole(180), a back wash water supplying device(190) and a back washing driving motor(200). A rotational shaft(120) having two impellers(150) is vertically installed at the central part of the filter tank(100) to a cylinder(140) through bearing(110) and reducer(130). The cylinder(140) reciprocally move the shaft(120) downward or upward to mix the filter media(170) of filter sand and activated carbon with the blades(160) attached to the impellers(150). Back wash water is supplied by a driving motor(200) through wash water supplying pipe(190) at the bottom.

PURPOSE: To provide a water treatment apparatus having backwash type filter tank that improves filtration efficiency of filter layer by preventing alien substance from accumulating on the filter layer during filtering in the filter tank and improves washing efficiency of the filter medium and filtration efficiency of the filter tank by easily removing alien substance in the filter layer during backwashing in the filter tank. CONSTITUTION: In a water treatment apparatus comprising a raw water tank(110) for storing a certain amount of raw water, a filter tank(130) at which at least one or more filter layers(132) are installed such that raw water passes through the filter layers, and a treated water tank(150) where treated water filtered and treated is stored, the water treatment apparatus having backwash type filter tank comprises filter pumps(120) installed at the middle of a raw water supply pipe(111) connected between the raw water tank and the filter tank to supply raw water of the raw water tank into the filter tank; an agitation motor(135) for rotationally driving a rotary shaft(133) in one direction, the rotary shaft vertically disposed at the inner center of the filter tank with being fixed onto an upper part of the filter tank; agitation blades(134) at least one or more of which are installed on a lower part of the rotary shaft disposed in the filter layers, and which are rotated to separate alien substance adsorbed onto the filter layers during backwashing; a backwashing pump(140) installed at the middle of a washing water supply pipe(113) connected between the treated water tank and the filter tank to supply treated water of the treated water tank into the filter tank during backwashing; and a return pipe(114) one end of which is exposed to the inside of the filter tank to return some of raw water in the filter tank to the raw water supply pipe, and the other end of which is connected to the raw water supply pipe to form vortex in a flow of raw water directed downward to an upper part of the filter layers during filtration.

본 고안은 원수를 여과하는 여과조 내부에 적층 형성된 여과용 모래 및 활성탄등의 여과필터를 모터와 연설되는 블레이드를 이용하여 교반시켜, 여과 필터의 내부에 충진된 미세입자와 오염물질등을 부유시켜 이를 손쉽고, 용이하게 제거시킬 수 있는 여과조의 역세척장치를 제공하는 것으로 이는 특히, 여과조(100)의 상측으로 회전축(120)이 연설되는 감속모터(130)가 설치되며, 상기 회전축(120)의 일단부에는 상기 감속모터(130)를 통한 회전축(120)의 회전 구동에 의해 일체로 회전하는 임펠러(150)가 설치되는 한편, 상기 임펠러(150) 양측에는 블레이드(160)가 마련되어, 여과조(100) 내부의 여과필터(170)를 교반토록 하는 것을 요지로 한다.
