Abstract: A differentiation method of embryonic stem cell by using the porous membrane is provided to maximize the differentiation efficiency and improve the yield of differentiated cell by efficiently delivering the differentiation factor secreted from the stromal cell through pores. The embryonic stem cell is differentiated by co-culturing the embryonic stem cell or the embryoid derived from the embryonic stem cell in the culture medium for differentiation containing the porous membrane in which the feeder cells are adhered in the bottom, wherein the embryonic stem cell or embryoid is co-cultured on the porous membrane.
