본 발명에 따르면 인조석 판재의 제조방법에 있어서, 시멘트, 석재조각, 물을 포함하는 원료를 고무 또는 합성수지 재질로 형성된 형틀에 부어 판재를 형성하는 판재형성단계와; 판재를 일정 수준으로 경화시키는 1차경화단계와; 형틀에 형성된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 통공을 통해 판재의 내부 일정 거리까지 홈형성수단을 삽입하여 판재의 측부에 홈을 형성하는 홈형성단계와; 판재를 완전히 경화시키는 2차경화단계; 및 판재로부터 형틀을 탈형하는 탈형단계; 를 포함하는 인조석 판재의 제조방법을 제공한다.-

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an artificial stone plate(200) includes the steps of: pouring raw materials consisting of cement, stone pieces, and water into a mold(100) formed by rubber or synthetic resin; cuing the plate in a predetermined level; inserting a groove forming unit(300) to the inner distance of the plate through single or two kinds or more of through-holes to form grooves at a lateral side of the plate; completely curing the plate; demolding the mold; and cutting the edges of the plate.
